DHL Cyberjaya


There is a DHL service point at cyberjaya, it is the end of the road which go to old town or CIMB bank cyberjaya, and it also left side of the roundabout.




The way to start shipping your package:

I chose to drop off my package and pay instantly.

It seems like DHL Malaysia does not provide Time-critical express for international delivery.

The price for express flyer from KL to China Jiang Su about RM95, it will delivery by the end of office hour of next day at the latest.

Sadly DHL not always punctual, it was late.

The Process should be
1. pick up the packages all packages from service points by 3pm.
2. arrive Subang jaya airport
3. Send the packages to airplane by 9pm.
4. Go to hong kong airport as the centre point to delivery packages to other countries.

If you found your package was not departed airplane in subang airport by 9pm as below it means the package will only be delivered by tomorrow, it could morning or afternoon. Better call the customer service to check.


I chose the international express service to delivery by next day. I do not why my package was late and miss the flight, it was delayed to next day because the postman can't delivery to airport by 9 pm and it missed the flight, then only reach the airport by 4am,

I said why missed the flight also customer service and specialist can't give any reason for the cause. Besides, they told me there is only 1 flight per day to delivery. After that they assured me that my package would definitely be delivered by the next day morning, they failed I do not know why 2 hours journey will take more than 6 hours.

I found the postman are unwilling to cooperate with the specialist to faster the process and delay the process more than expected estimation hours. DHL your service is sucked. If you continue to do so sure people will go for alternative.

DHL Malaysia's delivery services are awful. Obviously the logistic arrangement are very bad because they only have 1 flight per day to delivery all the item and the postmans are unwilling to provide flexibility to help customer even they know customer is very urgent and paid for time-critical service.

This could be the example: my package arrived sort facility Kuala Lumpur at 11pm, then only arrive airport by 4.45 am....
